My favourite ways of feeding a crowd are a barbecue with a salad bar and fluffy rolls (which the guests can also turn into hotdogs or burgers), a soup bar with crusty bread rolls, and a curry bar with rices, pappadums and naan bread. We also do a crock-pot bar of dishes like beef stew, chilli and bolognaise sauce with pasta, rice and potatoes (baked potatoes are awesome loaded with any of those) 🙂
