Thank you for this wonderful article. I was always a fan of DIY projects, ever since my father and I finished a basement in my childhood home. I don’t think there’s any better feeling of satisfaction than stepping back and admiring work you did yourself on a home that is yours. There truly is something primal about it all.
I’m grateful for having come across your website and this article. Thank you!

Awesome article! I have to agree with you Alex – There is something very satisfying and rewarding to accomplish a project that is tangible. Being in marketing and day trading it is sometimes hard to see the product of all my hard work. When I follow DIY instructions and complete a home improvement I can see it and be proud of it.

I used vinegar to clean my window that had heavy water spots. I added a little soap so that the vinegar would stick to the window glass which did. I left on the window glass for about 15 minutes I then rinsed it off with water. It cleaned it about 90% I used a sponge with soap and bleach to clean the rest. It’s about 95% clean now. I have to do it again to get it 100%. Good tip on the use of vinegar for water stains. Thanks!
