Once upon a time, I was a young, naive expecting mom. I was so excited to bring my own baby into this world. I went around buying every pretty, albeit nonfunctional, thing I could find.  From newborn boy 4-piece-suits, to every toy that promised a developmental leg up – I had it. I was convinced my child would be walking before 1, talking before 2, and President of the United States by 4. It was a happy, exciting time of life.

Fast Forward to present time. I just had my 5th child. (Yes, FIVE kids.)
Life has changed a little.
I’m more of a baby minimalist and recognize that many baby products, although perhaps fun, are not necessary.
If there is ONE thing I tell every new mom to invest it, it’s a QUALITY diaper bag. A diaper bag that will be as pretty as a handbag, but as functional as a survival pack. A diaper bag that will stand the test of time (and spilled milk…and dirty diapers….and little fingers), and be big enough to fit EVERYTHING inside it. A diaper bag that will enable you to handle the responsibilities of motherhood more easily.

Drum roll please…. I finally found it. I only wish I had discovered it sooner! A  does all these things and more.

Can I tell you why I love it and why it is worth every penny?

1. First of all, LOOK AT IT!

Is it not the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen? I wish you could all smell through your computer screen, because the amazingly rich leather smell will knock your socks off. Leather is known for standing the test of time and children! My couches are leather and I would never choose another material for them nor would I for my diaper bag! It’s indestructible and will last a lifetime. The details, the details! It really is a gorgeous bag! The bag I received had a red lining, but customers were begging for a lavender lining. Done. In fact, all brandy and camel colored bags come with the lavender lining. Dreamy.

2. It is easy to keep organized.
This bag has a pocket for everything from your lip gloss to your baby’s bottle. There are six pockets–JUST ON THE EXTERIOR. Seriously. Don’t even get me started on the space in the interior! There are 14 pockets on the inside! No more digging through the dark abyss of broken cheese crackers and leftover sucker sticks. Every item has a special spot, making it super convenient for mom.
Take it from me; nothing is more stressful than listening to your baby scream, while you, covered in sweat, try to search through every. single. forgotten corner of your unorganized diaper bag for that blasted binkie.
Avoid stress by staying organized with ! A happy mom means a happy baby!

3.  stand up on their own.

You might not think this is a big deal, but, it IS! Especially when you’re holding a baby in one hand or chasing a big toddler brother! A bag that stands up on its own rather than collapsing in on itself or falling over makes for easy access! Take it from someone who has done this a few times in her day, this is a HUGE plus!

4. The inside comes with a removable, and washable insert. 

Bottle Spill? No worries. This little insert magic piece pops out and is easily washed! I LOVE this! No more moldy milk stinking up your bag. Another perk? If you ever leave your baby at grandma’s, you can just take out the insert with all the necessities to leave with her, and you now have a gorgeous handbag for a hot date night!

5. (My favorite!) The diaper bag can be worn as a BACKPACK OR CROSS BODY
Game changer people. Have you ever tried to load a baby in a car seat with a bag on your shoulder? Or into a shopping cart? It instantly falls off your shoulder and often right into your child’s face.(Not that that has EVER happened to me. A seasoned mother…wink wink) Being able to wear the diaper bag on your back, and have free hands is key to everything! This has especially become important as I have 4 other kids to wrangle. It’s super comfortable to wear this bag in these fashions as well. Plus, let’s be honest, it looks darling worn a variety of ways!
