I have the sudden urge to sing, “Time for your check-up, time for your check-up, now”. 😉 We’re half way through our challenge, guys! Remember our introduction post a couple weeks ago? Are you still swishing twice a day?! I have been keeping with it and I’ll have to say, my gums and teeth feel so much cleaner! I’ve also been brushing with LISTERINE® Whitening Toothpaste twice a day and I can tell a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth.

My six year old girl is taking the challenge with me. She feels like such an adult with her mouthwash! She’s funny to watch when she’s swishing. She tries really hard to do it just like me. It’s sweet.

Another favorite product we’ve started using is the LISTERINE® Ultra Clean Flosser. My daughter has pretty much stolen mine and uses it daily. BUT it’s okay because it comes with removable heads so we can both use it. I adore this product so much more than traditional floss. I’m not sure why but the whole process just seems a little quicker and I’m all about getting my teeth cleaned fast…especially in the morning when we’re rushing around, trying to get ready for school and work.
