I recommend taking a look around the website and then heading straight to the “coaching” tab on the top. There you will find several videos by Dr. Nicole Detling who will walk you through how to define your success and how to begin setting goals. One of things she will discuss is the importance of a “smart” goal. Go check it out.
Then I also recommend writing down not only your goal but your beginning weight and measurements of your body to give you a baseline. Try to snap a before photo of yourself to keep as a comparison for later. I’m not going to lie… this is my least favorite thing to do…but trust me- it will give you the motivation to make changes!

Let’s kick this off by sharing goals. My goal is to get back to pre-baby weight and to tighten up my muscle tone- especially my post baby abs.
