It’s THAT time of year! If you are like me, you already have Halloween candy purchased and laying around the house. If I’m LUCKY, I’ll have enough left by Monday to actually hand out 🙂 When you are trying to watch your waistline, all of that candy can be your worst enemy, but it doesn’t have to be! Check out this fantastic info that Shelley and Vital Juice shared about which candies are TRICKS and which are TREATS for your waistline 🙂
With Halloween candy flying everywhere in my house, this daily tip caught my eye!

I should not have read this without eating breakfast! Now you are making me want a twix so badly…. This time of year is bad for the waistline.

I think I’m going to get “tricked-out” this halloween. Sorry ladies, the holidays don’t count in my calorie tally.

If only this compared the fun-size bars, not full size bars. It’s pretty easy for me NOT to eat 5 or 6 full size bars, but the fun-size bars are a whole other story.

I am weird and usually hoard my candy and then forget to eat it – yes, I know, strange. However, yesterday, something was wrong with me – I ate 2 snack size Pay Day candy bars and a Baby Ruth. Love anything with nuts, caramel and/or nougat. Definitely on the Trick list I’m sure.
