6 Hash Browns Recipes: Easy Peasy and Delicious
Sheet pan hash browns
One of the easiest ways to make hash browns is by adding a little butter, salt and pepper, and tossing them on a sheet pan and baking them to golden perfection.
Here’s our favorite recipe:
Place aluminum foil on a cookie sheet pan. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil onto the aluminum foil and spread around until covered. (Or spray with cooking spray.)
In a bowl, mix one bag of frozen hash browns, diced green onions, diced garlic (1-2 cloves), and shredded cheese. Toss with tongs. Next add 3 Tablespoons of melted butter, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
Spread this mixture onto the aluminum foils and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. (We love when the sides get nice and crispy!)
Hash browns on a Stick
Yes, it’s possible. This video shows you how to turn tater tots and bacon into a hearty, scrumptious meal on a stick you can serve for brunch or take along with you on an early morning road trip. Yum!
