Ring in the New Year With These Holiday Looks

There’s a quick few days to breathe in between Christmas and New Years, and then, it’s time to get gussied up and ring in the New Year.
Dressing up is fun and doesn’t have to mean breaking the bank! I’m so excited to find so many affordable options at Walmart 
From a little faux leather to pops of sexy lace and glitter, you’ll find something a little different than your normal jogger and hoodie look as of late. 😉

I really like that these dresses cover up a little more. I’ll never understand how it’s negative 100 outside and the only options are a short dress with spaghetti straps. These are classy and sassy and everything in between! Many of them come in plus sizes as well. Most Walmart clothing ships in just a couple days, so you have plenty of time to get it here in time for New Years, and even Christmas eve!

Here are a few standouts for me!




Faux leather one shoulder dress – I love a good faux leather, and this dress has all the attitude. Pair it with a pair of pearl earrings if you want to take up the class.

Asymmetrical hem dress  – This dress looks like a classic, but that hem and resulting slip adds just a bit of sexy. 

Lace cut out dress – How gorgeous are those lace sleeves? I love the peek-a-boo cut out too. This comes in 2 colors, but I’d choose the black!

Belted knit midi dress  – This one could be worn to the office OR to all the parties. The unique cut of the neckline makes it just a little bit different than the norm.

Lace trim Midi dress – This pretty magenta number has lace trim that takes it from “normal sweater dress” to a whole other level. The material is a little ribbed so more forgiving as well. 

Halter neck dress – This unique neckline makes it stand out! Combine with that bold red and you have the killer combination. 

Plus size back twist dress – This plus size option is a standout. You have to see the back!!! A simple twist, and a little cut out gives it the perfect holiday level of “special”.

Peplum top – I’ve seen this bestselling top on a few women and it’s absolutely gorgeous and figure flattering. I love how the material gathers in all the right spots, and the fabric has a little metallix sparkle. I’d pair with these
Faux leather pants! They’re a fun paper bag style waistline, and a shorter length that pairs beautifully with heels.
