Ideas for a 2×4
We Love Daddy!!! How about another idea for 2×4’s. Turn them in to a picture holder. How fun would this be to have on his desk at work? You could change it to ‘We love Mommy’ We love ‘Grandma’ We love Grandpa’…you get the drift. Hang pictures of the family and wala!
1. Cut 2 2×4’s to whatever length you want {{or use what you find}}. Mine were cut at 12 inches.
2. Mod Podge (10 steps for perfect mod podging). You know…picking out the right paper is really hard!
3. Sand
4. Stain
5. Drill 3 holes
5. Pull ribbon through
6. Attach cute clamps
8. Add the picture

I love all of your 2×4 ideas! Now I just need to get the guts to use the table saw instead of waiting around forever for my husband to do it. One of these days I will do it-and he’ll be really shocked. And then he’ll be really excited because that means he won’t have to do it anymore. I guess he’s got me figured out… I would love a free piece of vinyl, I’m still saving for a cricut. I have got to find some of those painted bulldog clips or I will have to resort to spray painting them myself. I have looked at Michaels and at JoAnns and no luck. Do you happen to know what the brand is on those bad boys so that I could see if they could be ordered over the internet. My neighbor has a garage full of 2X4’s so I need to get started!
Thanks so much.
