I have a little two-year-old daughter and this is my go to look when I only have a few minutes and when I need to achieve a well-rested look. I know that all you mothers out there can relate when I say that a good nights rest is only something that most of us dream about. Using just a little bit of makeup and the right techniques you can create the illusion of getting a full eight hours of sleep, when really you’re running on only two!

Shelley’s favorite makeup ‘trick’ is definitely mascara, specifically . Have you tried this stuff?! It makes your eyelashes look like fake lashes, but they AREN’T! It adds up to 300% on the length and volume of your lashes. I was skeptical until I tried it myself. It comes with two separate bottles, the transplanting gel and the all natural fibers. It’s as easy to use as mascara, but gives you the lushes look of falsies, and washes right off at night. Where has this stuff been all my life?!
Here is a quick before. Kiss these short stubby lashes goodbye.

Great job! I love how natural it looks. My question and what I would love to see is how to make eyes that are smaller and slightly hooded really look bigger. I am 43 and have noticed in the last two years that my eyes are starting to get more hooded. Yay for aging…. :-/ I would love to see how to create an eye that looks more open!
