The most amazing fruit salad parfait you’ve ever had and it comes together in minutes!
My mother-in-law only have to make it once, and we were all in love!
So, I got her permission to share the secret and I’m so excited to share it with you!
Easy Fruit Salad Parfait
Ingredients:
- Two 6 ounce raspberry yogurts (or your favorite flavor)
- One package of vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz in powder form)
- 16 ounces of whipped topping
- about 16 ounces of your favorite fruits
Mix together the pudding powder and yogurt really well. (The powder doesn’t blend very well with the whipped topping. Believe me, I found that out the hard way. Thankfully those at the pot luck had never had it before and were too kind to say anything.) 😉
Now you may go ahead and add the whipped topping and fruit!
You can add the fruit to the top for a fruit salad parfait effect (it is so pretty this way!):
This works great as a salad or a dessert and it truly is almost too beautiful to eat. I hope you enjoy our family secret fruit salad parfait!
