I’m about to become your best friend, (as though we weren’t BFFs already!), and share my favorite honey butter recipe (EVER). Let me tell you – people are always begging me for this recipe. Begging. They can’t figure out what makes it so absolutely light, fluffy, and amazing – but I’m going to fill you in on the secret ingredient that makes this the best, delicious honey butter recipe.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter – softened to room temperature. (This is so important! No microwaving or using cold butter!)
  • 3 heaping Tbsp of Marshmallow fluff
  • 2 Tbsp creamed honey (or regular honey)

Did you catch the secret ingredient? It’s marshmallow fluff!! Are your taste buds singing and dancing, yet? If not, they will be.

Directions:

  1. Use a hand mixer to whip the three ingredients together.
  2. Eat by the spoonful and serve with a side of bread.

Ha ha – actually, if you want the whole delectable experience this is what you MUST try. First, pop a batch of Sister Schubert’s dinner rolls in the oven – right before you start mixing the honey butter ingredients.  –I usually have to double the recipe if serving for a crowd.
