I don’t know about you, but I have been LOVING the fashion posts around here. Sydney has me wearing red lipstick, thrifting, and even dressing my husband. 😉 Sydney‘s friend, and fellow fashion blogger Elaine from Clothed Much, is here today to give us the inside scoop on trendy bathing suits. Without further audieu,…Elaine. Take it away.

It’s almost that time of year again!! When the flabby arms and thighs come out of hiding to be unadorned and revealed to the whole world and then some. Oh, wait.. That’s just me. Well, it doesn’t mean I’m still not gonna try to look good! I’ve already checked out the usual places like Gap, Old Navy, Anthropologie (goodbye, bank account), and… really, is there anywhere else that sells decent one-piece bathing suits? I’ll answer my own question…YES! I’ve just discovered Lands’ End Canvas. I thought Lands’ End was for the older crowd…like my mom. It looks like the Canvas brand is targeted more towards the younger crowd…like me…and it totally worked because check out these suits!!! And they’re all less than $40. You’re welcome.
- floral pleated one-piece swimsuit, $39.99
- paisley v-neck halter tank swimsuit, $22.99
- tile dot double ring halter tank swimsuit, $19.99
- v-neck halter tank swimsuit, $16.99
- underwire halter tank swimsuit, $16.99
- bandeau tank swimsuit, $14.99

I am in love with #5. I sort of wish the swim dress would be back in style. I found a couple last year and they were only sorta cute. And I like wearing board shorts for coverage, too! Thanks for sharing!
Cheers!

None of those would look modest on me with my size D breasts. 🙁 While they are very cute, I would be spilling out of them all and making all of the neighbors talk, and not in a good way! I had to settle for Hapari and alterations, because I will not sacrifice fashion for the sake of modesty AGAIN this Summer. 😉
PS – for anyone who wants a style or cut like those shown above but you have large breasts, you could buy some swimsuit fabric and make a ruffle around the top of the suit to hide some of the cleavage that will inevitably come out to say hello.
