The Fancy Farm Girls are back to teach us how to
Give your furniture CPR!
Breathe new life into your old furniture.
Trends come and go just as fast as seasons change. It can be fun and affordable to get the latest fun accessory such as a scarf or necklace; but changing trends in home decor can be much more painful on the wallet. Well we are here to show you that you can keep your home updated and stylish without keeping the furniture salesman happy and you broke! Breath new life into what you already have! Give your furniture some serious CPR with paint, bringing your home decor back to life! Lets show you some examples, shall we?……..

In five years we may chuckle at having had a blue hutch, but right now, today, I chuckle with glee! I love it and all it took was paint to bring it from outdated to fresh and oh so cute. And in five years when it may be a thing of the past, well we can repaint it and bring it back to life again!
Take the outdated brass bed and floral chair.
With some two minute re-upholstering and some cans of three dollar spray paint we have updated our existing decor for a darling girls room from what looked like outdated cast offs.
What about that furniture that was passed onto you by Great Aunt Mabel? You love the sentimentality of it but the style isn’t quite “you”. Well, make it “you”! You’ll love it so much more if you make it your style.

It’s always good to re-think the function to fit your lifestyle. Antlers on my wall may not fit my style, but antlers painted white and used to hang my necklaces; suddenly i love antlers on my wall!
Paint can be the one ingredient that can give you update after update after update without ever changing out the furniture itself. Just change the color! It’s the easiest way to breathe new life into your home.
So grab your paintbrushes and get painting or head on over to the Fancy Farm Girl sale! We have a barn full to the rafters of “resuscitated” furniture and home decor. We love the transformative power of paint and are on a mission to bring back to life so many forgotten pieces. Come check us out!
