What do you do or how do you bake them if you have a regular gas stove? Can you use other fruits and same amount of fruit when making the roll ups?

i love this idea, but i didn’t see anything on how to dry the fruit. i’m assuming you do it in the oven, but for how long and at what temperature? other than that it’s incredibly easy to follow the video

What’s a “fan” oven? I’m in the US and have a standard electric oven.
