It’s that time of year the kids go back to school, and I start running from pick up to practice and a game or meet, times 6 kids.
Not going to lie, it gets crazy! That being said, I love every minute of the craziness.

I wanted to share a few of our family’s current purchases. Including some shoes of my tween daughter’s that I’m wanting in MY size too!
The key to Fall days and practices is LAYERING.
There’s a chill in the air in the morning on the way to school, but you’re sweating by noon recess.
This zip up hoodie provides just that, plus the quality you would expect at Kohl’s. 
I felt like it ran just a tick big, so keep that in mind. We did an XL, and should have stuck with a large I think. Then again, who doesn’t like their hoodies a little oversized and cozy?
She paired it with these must-have biker shorts. We both really like the longer length. Some bikers, you’ll find yourself pulling down all day as they bunch up during activity. Not the case with these. They seem to stay in place well!
Under the jacket was a simple white Nike tee. I like the clean look of it and the lightweight material that keeps you dry even when you’re sweaty from practice.
It isn’t see through at all, and pairs well with just about anything!
Then, there’s the shoes. When she opened the box, and saw these, she literally squealed.
JUST what she wanted, and in fact, now just what her mama wants too.
I love these Nike Courts. The gold and the white just go so well together.
I love the low profile look of this pair. You could wear them with literally anything – even a dress! Plus, they’re comfy!
Next up is this active little man.
Let’s just say clothing has to really stand the test with this one!
He’s always on the move.
His favorite thing to wear are athletic sets like this Nike set. I think it’s partially because it’s easier for him to put together outfits. When it’s early in the morning and he’s getting ready, he knows just what top goes with what shorts. Kohl’s has SO many great sets like this! 
He especially loved this red, black and white set because they’re his school colors.
If he’s going to insist on wear athletic shorts every. single. day, at least he’s looking sharp doing it!
Oh, and don’t forget the coordinating lunch sack.
This is a great option for packing lunches or game time snacks.
It’s lightweight and extremely durable, so when your son decides to use it as a kickball, it will hold up. (Not that that has EVER happened in this house!)
