I am giddy as a schoolgirl when it comes to anticipating Summer, and THIS Summer is going to be especially epic because our family has some BIG adventures planned.
I can’t reveal them all yet, but, I can tell you we’ve been preparing for months!
One thing I insist on is packing a carry on ONLY no matter where I go.
I just like having LESS luggage and focus on a more capsule style wardrobe.
I wanted to share a couple outfits that will be coming with me as they are perfect travel outfits for several different reasons.
Of course, I found everything at Kohl’s.
I can’t tell you how many awesome, capsule worthy items I’ve found them lately!
The selection is amazing and the prices are always stand outs. Right now through 4/28, they’re having their Epic Deals Sale and you’ll find some incredible deals!
Here’s a few things I snagged!
1. These “pop of color” Adidas sneakers
They’re the HOT shoe of Summer and a trend I can’t get enough of! I think the fun colors just add a fun touch to any otherwise “neutral” outfit. Plus, they’re really comfortable so if many walking miles are in your future, they won’t leave you with blisters!
They’re bright, obviously, but they’re also low profile and can pair beautifully even with dresses!
Dare I say, these bright kicks can be worn with just about anything!?
I just LOVE them and want MORE colors!
Here they are paired with a complete travel outfit!
And yes, this outfit is a must grab.
Every travel capsule wardrobe needs a dark pair of skinny jeans and these are a top seller!
Normally, I wouldn’t consider a pair of jeans to be comfortable, but they (from designer Lauren Conrad) have just enough stretch to remain comfy without losing shape!
These are a pair of jeans that are appropriate for any situation! They also come in short and tall lengths which is so nice!
I snagged this lightweight, almost gauzy feeling top. I love this top because the fit is so flattering. I feel like the sleeves are the perfect length!
It’s great for the heat and has the best details.

I know we’re focusing mainly on clothes, but did you know Sephora at Kohl’s has TONS of travel size options of your favorite beauty brands?
I don’t go anywhere without my ride or die CC cream, but I don’t want to pack a HUGE tube on my travels.
So, I had to grab this handy dandy travel size tube!
Moving on, let’s talk LINEN. 
Not only does it scream, “I’m classy” (Is it just me that thinks linen is classy?), but it also is so breathable!
You can rock this fabric in even the hottest of heats!
I love this dolman style top with functioning buttons. I think it’s flattering and I love the neutral stripes!
Truthfully, I wasn’t sure about these pants at first, but now I want them in every color. They’re a 10/10.
The waistband is actually ELASTIC, so they won’t dig into your tummy when you’re sitting on a plane or train for hours!
They’re also very breathable and forgiving.
They’re also super versatile. You could wear them casual with a simple tee or dress up with a jacket and strappy sandals!
So many fantastic options for all that Summer travel and beyond!
