Chicken Sweet Potato Stew
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon for about 5 minutes, until browned. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on paper towels. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned on one side. Turn each breast over, add 2 tablespoons of the chicken broth, and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  2. Put the bacon and chicken in a slow cooker and then add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Add additional chicken broth to the stew to reach desired consistency.
