“I’d love to sit down and eat with my family but our lives are just too crazy!”
“Meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prepping….it all stresses me out!”
or the infamous “I know it costs a lot to eat out, but it’s just convenient.”

Hi, I’m Andrea. I’m a mom of 6 younger kids – 5 of them are active in sports and activities. I run a business from home. I have a husband, who is the best, but he works 60+ hours a week.
I’m also incredibly overwhelmed with everything going on in our world/nation. I’m busy. I’m stressed more then normal.
I bet some of you are too.
I could use some help getting my stuff together, and there’s never been a more perfect time to do so.
I grew up with a mother who made home cooked meals DAILY and never allowed a paper plate on her table.
I admire her for that, but for me, life is a little different.
I’ve tried a million different techniques for feeding my family. I try to meal plan. I scour Pinterest searching for edible recipes that don’t take hours or call for ingredients requiring me to travel to foreign lands to track down a certain spice. Each method seemed to last temporarily before crashing and burning.
I knew there have to be answer. A time saving, money saving, sanity saving answer – that didn’t taste like cardboard and come in the form of tatertot casserole (Sorry if you love that. I don’t!)
Then came the 7 day Challenge into my life.
I knew, if I had a group of women cheering me, and each other on, I could start a great habit.

I am extremely cautious about meal plans. The problem I see with most plans is that they use extremely unhealthy food choices. Like cheese. I use minimal amounts of the stuff because it’s loaded with fat. Hamburger, I eat rarely. Canned soup, I avoid like the plague. Pizza, no thanks. Tacos, well maybe, if it’s a healthy version. Pork, no thanks. Beef, twice a month. When I see cheese – loaded casseroles, I feel I’ll.
Meal planning sounds great, but is it healthy? Are the meals healthy? Do they stick to the new half-your-plate is vegetables plan?

It sounds like you should check out realplans.com for meal planning. They offer Traditional, Paleo, Vegetarian and AIP options. You can also make selections to avoid certain ingredients (dairy or nuts, etc) which is great for people like me and maybe you too.

a few examples would help me make a decision. When I go on the site all I can do is sign-up… yes OK but what for? what do the meals consist of?.. I almost put in my credit card then changed my mind when I realized I didn’t really know what I was getting for my $65USD (I have to convert this in CAD!!)
